I want it.
Brown, manual, rwd
This development may not look like much, but it’s exactly the sort of property I hope to someday own. 12 well-kept t ownhomes—6 on each side—along one small gated street. I chatted with the property manager who lives in one of them, he said the owner is a husband/wife that started out by renting their condo while living in a bus. Now they and said property manager handle about twenty townhomes spread across four neighborhoods within the state.
Someday.

The new version of these manifestations are being called “cottage communities,” having popped up in Sammamish and North Bend since 2016. “Single family” homes built slightly smaller at 2" apart with a sort of apartment-style conjoined garages with a single bay. If you paid 100k more, you might get a single bay attached to your actual home.
These, what you show, and old duplex communities in Mill Creek and Kirkland are still far more appealing than modern townhouse construction, where you have to walk to two or three stories down to get a beer out of your tiny kitchen.
